Sunday 28/11/10: 1805 - ordered delivery. 1915 - called and chased delivery and was told it was leaving in five minutes. 2005 - called and chased and was told that they had not cooked the food yet and that it would be next out, in ten minutes - was also told that if I wasn't happy with the service they were happy to cancel my order as they had loads and loads and didn't need my business. 2110 - food arrived, cold. Will never use again.
