Called here on 7th Sept for a meal, stood at an empty counter being ignored by all staff one of whom was cleaning was cleaning the said counter. Finally asked her if anyone was serving? she ran off shouting someone's name at the top of her voice. Should have kept going to mc Donald's in Ballymena where they are always eager to serve

After visiting Burger King two days ago, i was yet slighly dissappointed! As on numerous ocassions there seem to be no toys available with the kids meals(disappointed kids might i add), the only drinks available was diet coke or water, also the ice cream machine was broken. Understanding that these things can happen i have returned again to Buger King, i am sorry but your chances are up!
This is purley bad management and i wont be going back again!!

I regularly go to Burgerking with my wife and children. It is a very well run restaurant but I have noticed a few things which are surely out of order in such an up to standard eatery. The staff are all very well trained and know exactly what they should be doing and when but on some occasions i wait quite a long time for my food espescially when a certain member of male staff is serving me, he very rarely smiles and he is half the reason i have came forward to make a complaint. I have heard him being told off quite a few times by other team members but he usually has something to say back to these instructions and very rarely listens. Everything in the restaurant runs smoothly usually but when it doesnt surely it is up to the manager to ensure things get corrected. I have noticed on more than one occasion that a man in a suit is there, I'm assuming he is the store manager or site manager but he doesnt really seem to do anything except stand around making orders and drinking some sort of hot beverage. Every time i have been to Junction 1 he is never doing anything productive, unless being on the phone constantly counts as being productive. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. Myself and a colleague visited the BK restaurant in Antrim today. We are able to claim our lunches and regularly visit BK branches throughout N. Ireland and England. Unfortunately, while visiting Antrim today, the swipe card machine was broken. As we use a company issued credit card, this creates an inconvenience for us. Whilst not worthy of a complaint, this is the third time in a row it has happened to us in the Antrim store.... Why (when McDonalds have a swipe machine at every till) do BK only have ONE swipe machine???
Secondly, while watching the one and only member of staff present in the restaurant , I witnessed her microwaving the burgers I ordered? Surely BK do better than microwaved burgers? They certainly did not taste at all like some of the better BK's I have been in.
The toilet roll dispensers in the toilets are rubbish, not to mention no soap or hot water at the sinks!).
I'm afraid this is the last visit I make to the Antrim store...
