Good food and ok service ,except on busy days like Fathers day etc when you are kinda neglected. Difficult to book online ,you get no confirmation at all as I did, just phone instead. Very very overpriced drinks. £4.95 for a 660ml Cobra lager.......£1.59 in Tesco/Asda etc. Naan bread fresh, but was refused extra ( free popadums for child when asked) "4 per customer". Kaybher across the road is much nicer if a little dowdy.

Go here from work for lunch quite a bit, food is excellent and very good service. Do a lunch time special - 3 courses for £6.95 - always excellent - meat always tender (not some other places I've been where I've picked the meat out and only eaten sauce)

The Indian Ocean does great food. Its one of the best Indian restaurants in Belfast, and very rarely disappoints. Does a great vindaloo.

the food was fairly awful i felt the place a bit like a 70s disco hall with purple lights and disco balls not really a nice atomsphere, tucked off the road looked more like a nightclub than a restaurant

As with the other 2 branches in the chain, this restaurant serves excellent food and has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We always receive a great welcome, even the time we brough our unruly 4 year old! The staff are very attentive and can offer great recommendations if you explain what your spice/taste preferences are. The food is a bit more expensive than other equivalent restaurants in the local area, but well worth the extra. Try the Ocean King and chana or lemon rice - you won't find that in your local kebab shop! The naan bread is always fresh and so light and fluffy, you won't enjoy supermarket naan ever again. I'm hungry just thinking about it ...

In general, really good food. Staff very polite. My only problem is the starters are a little expensive for what you get.
Try the Lamb rogan josh.. its awesome!
