i feel that mcdonalds is a very friendly place.the crew managers and the senior managers are very friendly.all the staff are very helpful

i love McDonalds and the only one i would eat out of is the victoria square as it is clean and well kept and the staff are great ...

I come to this restaurant most days for either breakfast or tea.
I have found you wait around 12minutes from been serviced to getting your food. however the back of house staff our very quick in making the food however the customer u will find will just stand there and watch there food going cold as the front of house will stand there bitching about there co team mates and what there doing after work.
tables are never clean trays can be seatting on the table for up to 35mins before someone decide to come along and clean it.
VERY POOR for the centre. re staff training is in order
