Decent product and customer service but in the delivery they are seriously disappointing - if you get your actual order you're lucky. Recompense not good enough.

The guy that I spoke to when giving my order was a shocking advert for this place. Granted, my food was pretty decent, but they really do need to employ someone who can:

1) Be mannerly.

2) Be able to speak clearly and not mumble.

3) Give advice, as opposed to sighing, pausing and saying "it's whatever you want" when asked whether a large or small dip wwould suffice for a reg. pizza and chip.

4) Perhaps give a summary or confirmation of the order after you have ordered. I actually had to ask whether I had come through to Mario's - that was how unsure I was to that point of the call.

Absolute madness !!!

This is quite possibly the worst excuse for a pizza place I have ever come across. As I type this I have waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a pizza. On a Saturday night you expect a wait but I'm thinking this must be some sort of world record. Of course I phoned them and got given a litany of lame excuses as to why it had not arrived. Total dishonesty and a shambolic service.
