Waited ten minutes before being offered a menu. Had to ask for water as it was another five minutes before anyone asked if we wanted drinks. We ordered two glasses of champagne- two half glasses of tepid pink champagne arrived (not what we ordered) but the waiter informed us that this was "at no extra cost" (missing the point that it was not what we ordered) and at this point we were so eager for a drink we took it anyway, only to find it was flat...Ordered Paninis-which arrived in sesame/poppy seeded turkish flatbread rather than ciabatta- plastic cheese, greasy vegetables, served with "chunky chips" (actually more like macdonalds fries) and a left use with grease-coated palates and 7 hours worth of nausea for the "bargain" price of 31.75. AM:Pm has gone right down hill- but on the way out we noticed they were advertising for a chef and hopefully they're not planning on recruiting from macdonalds as the level of service and cooking would suggest that's what they've been doing recently... AVOID

Had a late supper after the theatre here and it was excellent. The food was fresh and extremely tasty. Ourwaiter was most attentive and pleasant and the decor is very elegant. Will certainly be back.

I love this place. Met my girlfriend here last year at hip city party. Food and service is excellent and try and get it at least once a week. Very reasonable too unlike some of the packaged goop some of the other restaurants in the area throw at you.

Highly reccommend it, five stars easy!

?50.10!!!!!!! Dreadful price. And a set menu for valentines? Not even offered the option to see the normal menu. The portions were unbelieveably small, the selection was very poor. ?50.10 for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts and 2 soft drinks. Wouldn't have minded if the food would have been nice!! Lovely atmosphere, nicely decorated, very smart, pitty about the food and price.

The atmosphere is great

Service is good too

But the best thing about AM:PM is the food --- absolutely love the seabass! yum yum!

Definitely would go again

I recently tried AMPM in Botanic Avenue for the first time. It was excellent. The food and service where top notch although they did not serve my favourite wine it took nothing away from our enjoyment. Head and shoulders above any other restaurant in the area. I look forward to returning to try something else on the menu

?7.95 for 9 mussels, 3 of which were closed! Had to pay another ?2.95 for a portion of chips to go with it. Really dreadful value, for an ?8 main I was expecting a huge bowl, it's not as if mussels are expensive. When I mentioned it they took 10% off the bill, but it still came to ?24 for 2 mains and 2 glasses of wine at lunchtime. Not impressed at all.
